I swam as an agonist between the '80s and' 90s, a period in which I qualified in 9 national representations.

After 20 years of competitive swimming I moved to the other side of the barricade and became a federal coach.

In my experiences I can count years of teaching in the most varied age groups and in the most diversified levels of skills and experience.

Today I deal with the Master sector (which I also actively participate in as an athlete).

I collaborate with triathlon coaches (dealing with the water sector) training the youths A, B and Junior categories.

I organize swimming lessons both in the swim technique and in physical and mental conditioning for age-group triathletes and open water swimmers.

In collaboration with FIN (Italian swimming federation) cosches, development of video analysis sessions for competitive athletes.
